Recent examples of this include a major investment and financial support package for a UK based manufacturing and distribution company amounting to $12,000,000 of support funding and finance.

We have a 14 strong International team which is multi-lingual and will provide everything from research and development through to hands-on support for all of the client’s needs.

In many ways Joint Venture Partnerships address a multitude of issues from the most obvious – funding and finance – through to manufacturing, design, R&D, distribution and many other important facets of company requirements.

Mezzanine and Short Term Bridging Finance

We provide – as the name would suggest – short term funding for businesses for a maximum period of 12 months.

Typical use of funds would be for pre IPO (AIM or PLUS Market Listings), Acquisitions, Mergers, MBI’s MBO’s BIMBO’s etc.

Basically, we consider any type of short term funding requirement where there is a defined and achievable short term exit. The funds are provided through our high net worth stable of investors at rates of between 2% and 4% per month dependant on term and perceived risk profile.

Rescue and Recovery

This is predominantly for the company in severe operational and financial difficulty. We advise and assist in restructuring the organisation to help ensure short term survival.

Having stabilised the initial position, we usually continue to assist with building for the medium and long term future of the Company.

Normally with this type of operation we can only deal with organisations with turnovers in excess of £1 million.

We provide a free initial evaluation of the Company’s position, and are usually able to provide an outline report within a few days, giving the options open to the Partners or Directors.


Financial Negotiation and Restructuring

This encompasses direct negotiations with Creditors and Financial Institutions. Our past successes in financial restructuring are extensive, and in many cases we have been successful in putting together new packages which benefit all parties.

The main aim is to ensure that an achievable solution is put in place, in which an organisation can continue to trade with the full support of all concerned, within an agreed and satisfactory restructuring package.

We target companies or partnerships that have financial restructuring needs in excess of £500,000.
